Raisin Panettone (CHRISTMAS CAKE)

The Panettone can be eaten during every time of the day, and it is not only a cake because it represents the symbol of the harmony of the family which meets every year to celebrate the Holy Christmas. Ingredients: wheat flour, raisins (24,9%), butter, sugar, glaze (almonds, egg whites), yolk, natural yeast powder of wheat flour, wheat gluten, emulsifier E 471, brewer’s yeast, salt, skimmed milk powder, maltodextrin, milk’s proteins, aromas

Allergens: gluten, lactose, eggs, nuts.

The product may contain traces of: sesame, soy, sufites.

Storage: keep in fresh and dry locations, far from heat sources.
