Delivery terms and conditions
Panificio San Pietro will process the order after receiving confirmation of total payment performed.
For Italian regions, AVERAGE delivery performances are 24/48 working hours from the moment the products are delivered to the courier service, while 3/5 working days for European shipments. The products will be given to the courier service 1 working day after the order or the payment, where not performed together with the order (for example in case of bank transfer).
As communicated from our couriers, deliveries will continue to the entire Italian territory BUT BERGAMO, BRESCIA, BOLOGNA, CUNEO, TORINO, ASTI, BIELLA, GENOVA, PESCARA, FORLI-CESENA, FROSINONE, SIENA, FIRENZE, L'AQUILA, MODENA districts.
For all the other zones, delays to the 24/48hrs average delivery time could happen, or even CANCELLATIONS.
PANIFICIO SAN PIETRO is not responsible about deliveries delays or cancellations, so any request of refund will be not applicable.
The goods are delivered "ex warehouse seller" and is made to the postal address indicated by the user in the order form.
Upon delivery of the products to the carrier, an e-mail will be sent to the user to track the shipment. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, during office hours, excluding holidays, bridges, strikes, particular exceptional weather conditions and / or other criticalities.
Any periods of suspension of deliveries will be published on the Site.
In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the address indicated, the courier will notify the user of the delivery attempt.
After a failed delivery attempt, the parcel will be in storage and Panificio San Pietro will contact the user to ensure delivery as soon as possible. If even after this attempt the goods will not be delivered, the same will be returned to Panificio San Pietro. After fifteen days from the date on which the product has been sent back to Panificio San Pietro, the order is to be considered canceled and the contract terminated. In this case, Panificio San Pietro will not repay the payment received, being the nature of food-type goods.
The user can request, during the purchase, that the shipment is insured. The cost of insurance is equal to 1% of the value of the order, starting from a minimum of € 8.
The recipient is obliged to check the conditions of the goods delivered; when receiving packages that show signs, dents, breakages, tampering and, in general any alteration of its integrity, the user is obliged to accept the package from the courier with a written reservation specific control (eg "accepted with reserve , due to broken parcel, dented parcel, wet package, etc. ").
In the hypothesis in which, in the parcel, resulted damaged goods, the user is required to give written communication within 24 hours from delivery , by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching at least one photograph of the damaged material.
In cases where the objective responsibility of the courier for the damages reported, a refund is expected within 10 days by issue of a good discount of the amount of the damage claimed, usable with the next order if the customer has selected the option of insurance on shipping; in the event that the shipment is not insured, it is required by law, always after demonstration of the responsibility of the courier, a refund of € 1 per kg of damaged goods, by issuing within 10 days of a discount coupon usable with the next order .
If the package is accepted without affecting any control reserve, Panificio San Pietro will not be able to request any reimbursement from the courier and therefore will not reimburse the damaged goods to the user.
