Frise (Durum Wheat Bread)

Friselle are durum wheat bread, oven baked, cut in half horizontally and baked again in the oven. Products of the Apulia culinary tradition, are proposed by Panificio San Pietro in the tastiest variants: Wholemeal Frise and Homemade Frise.
