Artisanal Panettone from Panificio San Pietro
Born in Milan, (first time speaking about it in 1599), its origin have been so many legends that it is difficult to understand which credit (certainly there is that greedy by Ludovico il Moro) . Over the years, from Milan, panettone has crossed Italy, becoming famous everywhere. We are not surprised, then, if producing it for us is Martino, the "master" of Panificio San Pietro, a well known bakery in Martina Franca, an enchanting village into the heart of the Valle d'Itria.
